- I am 18 years of age or older
- I understand that it is my responsibility as the buyer, not SOPMOD.COM, to ascertain, and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws with regard to the possession and use of any item on this site.
- I understand that applicable federal and/or state laws provide that the use of any item on SOPMOD.COM in a crime may carry the full ramifications of any weapon, including but not limited to real firearms, knives or weapon. I agree that I will use this product in a lawful manner, and not in connection with any criminal offense or other crime. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOPMOD.COM, and its officers, owners and employees, from and against all liabilities, damages, penalties, claims or other obligations arising out of my use and/or ownership of any products sold by SOPMOD.COM.
- If I am not satisfied with the products purchased, I understand that I may return them within fifteen (15) days of receipt and receive full purchase price (minus 10% restocking fee and shipping costs). I also understand that (i) except as expressly stated above, no other warranties are applicable, and no other damages will be recoverable from SOPMOD.COM. ; (ii) in order to receive a refund for any products, the product must be returned to SOPMOD.COM in good condition and in its original state, unused and with all original boxes and packaging intact, and all manuals (if applicable) complete of any product manufactured, soldor distributed by SOPMOD.COM. Returns are not accepted for consumable products or labor charges.
- Cost of sending product(s) back to us are not covered under our warranty or return policy.
- By finalizing a purchase from SOPMOD.COM, I acknowledge that I have read and understand all of the warranties, warnings andliabilities of the products offered by SOPMOD.COM and do not hold SOPMOD.COM or any of its officers, members, managers, employees, owners, or agents responsible for any claims and/or damages suffered as a consequence of or legal actions arising from my purchase and/or use of such products.
